What do the classes cover?

It will cover such things as understanding the science of sleep and sound therapy (and what that means to solve your problem), managing stress, which is often a major contributor, sleep hygiene changes, and coaching for change.  You are retraining your mind and body, and you will have changes to make so more than likely there will be issues you will want or need coaching on.  This isn’t like taking a pill, this is a mind and body reset. There will also always be a sound bath in every session.

What if I can’t attend due to my schedule or time zone?

All classes are recorded and made available for your use very quickly.  As to the coaching, you can email me before class any questions you have so my response is recorded, or after and I will respond via email.

Why don’t you have a published schedule?

I prefer to set a schedule based on the best times the participants can attend between Tuesday-Thursday afternoon central time.  So, as soon as registration is closed, I ask everyone their time preferences and set the schedule that way.  It’s worked well so far.

What is the Personal Sleep assessment for?

It gives you further insight into what conditions may be present that contribute to your sleep issues and how it’s impacting your life.  For me, it will inform me on how to guide you on recommendations for the use of the Sound Vault to give you a listening program to get started with.  It can change over time, but you need a place to start.  Also, we will jointly identify your mid-point goal indicators for progress.  Do you have to do it?  No, but I suggest you do because you may learn a few things that will help.

 
This sounds very time-consuming between 6 classes and things I’m going to have to do to change my sleep issues. Can’t I just get the audios and skip the rest?

You certainly don’t have to attend or listen to every class.  You may not feel the topic applies to you.  I understand.  However, keep a few things in mind before you make that decision.  The amount of time we’re talking about is probably less than the amount you will spend not sleeping this week.  What is it worth to you to get that back in sleep?  You may learn some new things that will change the course of your life and in that respect, it becomes a small investment of your time.  You need to look at this from a bigger, longer-range point of view.

What if the sound therapy & other changes like sleep hygiene don’t work for me?
