It will cover such things as understanding the science of sleep and sound therapy (and what that means to solve your problem), managing stress, which is often a major contributor, sleep hygiene changes, and coaching for change. You are retraining your mind and body, and you will have changes to make so more than likely there will be issues you will want or need coaching on. This isn’t like taking a pill, this is a mind and body reset. There will also always be a sound bath in every session.
All classes are recorded and made available for your use very quickly. As to the coaching, you can email me before class any questions you have so my response is recorded, or after and I will respond via email.
I prefer to set a schedule based on the best times the participants can attend between Tuesday-Thursday afternoon central time. So, as soon as registration is closed, I ask everyone their time preferences and set the schedule that way. It’s worked well so far.
It gives you further insight into what conditions may be present that contribute to your sleep issues and how it’s impacting your life. For me, it will inform me on how to guide you on recommendations for the use of the Sound Vault to give you a listening program to get started with.
